Goal: To engage IT managers (the unsung superheroes of every office) and teach them about VeriSign products, and to encourage brand recognition.
Solution: Users could download the app, customize by uploading a selfie, choosing a mask, cape, logo and superpowers, including VeriSign SSL Certificates—providing the ultimate protection from enemies large and small. Finally, they receive a personalized video of them as a superhero who saves the day. They could share video with friends.
Tactics: Links to microsite where users can fill out the Security Assessment to gain access to the Superhero app. Share their video with friends and submit their character to be part of the Symantec “Wall of Heroes”. They also can receive a free personalized mug featuring the superhero you just created.

Goal: To entice IT management teams (the numbers people) to learn more about the benefits of VeriSign SSL security.

Solution: We designed a series of easily digestible infographics, unconventional charts, graphs and tables from the users' answers to questions on our survey. The graphics illustrated key information about VeriSign Enterprise MPKI and the time and money that can be saved with this product. Their personal profile (individual/personalized infographics) would be highlighted on a microsite for fame and likes.
Tactics: Communications will drive users to a branded microsite that has an informational video and security assessment. As incentive for completing the assessment, visitors will receive a free equalizer T-shirt.
